Kane Ritchotte (born October 11, 1991) is an American child actor and musician. He is probably best known for acting in the TV series Monk as Benjy Fleming. He has also appeared in the TV series Judging Amy as James Canello. He was the drummer for Disney's Devo tribute band, Devo 2.0. Kane is currently the drummer for the band called Vas defrans with Dash LeFrancis and Cary Singer on guitar, Vincent Coleman on vocals and Max Whipple on bass. Kane has also played in bands including the after midnight project, valora, sonny, the new regime, and outernational. Kane played drums on Monte Pittman's new album "Pain, Love & Destiny". Kane is the son of Rocket Ritchotte, a guitarist who has played with Cher, Rickie Lee Jones, Steppenwolf, David Lee Roth, Lou Gramm and others. His mother, Kristi Kane, is a writer.
